Service Description

Please note that the time slots are tentative only as we might be engaged in emergencies or last minute face-to-face consultations. You and your pet are very important to us so, rest assured that we will get in contact with you as soon as we can to agree a suitable time. Once a slot is agreed we will take payment over the phone and you will be connected to the Veterinarian. In our practice your pet will always be looked after by the same Vet. We provide a personalised service to allow thorough follow ups and good understanding of your pet's history. The telephone consultation lasts 15 minutes and we will try to sort as much as we can over that time. In some cases face-to-face consultations are required. If that is your case, we will credit the telephone consultation amount to your account towards the face-to-face consultation which has a price of £50,00.
