The owner and director of Waggin’ Tails has been been working in customer service for 8 years, and will be sharing her extensive experience with you. Coming from a business background working the trading floor, she believes customer service is the key ingredient to the survival of any business. At Waggin’ Tails Grooming School she will talk you through the importance of client retention, client management and other skills that will make your cat and dog grooming business a success.
With the amount of animals seen weekly, accidents may occur. It is important to think fast and react in the correct way when it comes to emergencies. During your dog grooming course, our certified vet nurse will take you through how to bandage wounds, seal tears and control excessive bleeding. She will also provide you with knowledge on how to identify simple ailments such as ear infections and skin irritations.
